They are made in small batches the Artisanal and Traditional way, according to Authentic French recipes. Their charcuterie is minimally processed and made with the finest ingredients and their products are made without coloring agents, artificial ingredients or preservatives.

They only select a limited number of suppliers according to its high standard of quality.

We have a selection of in house prepared oven ready items (some items will be seasonal but can always be prepared upon request).
